Review of the book «The 4 keys»

«The four keys: open the door of your inner freedom» is a book written by Denise Marek and Sharon Quirt. It is an easy book to read. Its pages give off a great knowledge of the human being and will help you make great changes within yourself.

Book Review

Imagine that you are given the key to open that door in your brain that will allow you to use it 100%. We currently only use 15% of our brain.

Going back to the book, that key has 4 locks and the authors provide you with the 4 keys so that you can open it. It is about opening a place that allows you to free yourself from your fears and worries. Opening that door will provide you with the peace you need so that you can enjoy life.

The 4 keys

The authors have given 4 names to these keys. Each key brings you a little closer to that inner peace and each key is a metaphor for a change that you must make if you want to improve your quality of life:

1) The key to awareness: thanks to this key you will become less selfish.

2) The key to acceptance: With this key you will learn to really accept yourself as you are and to accept others, with their good things and their bad things.

3) The key of forgiveness: your past experiences may have marked your character. This key will help you reconcile with your past.

4) The key to freedom: This is the key that will give you the opportunity to live the life you want.

Enjoy this book! 😉

These books are very motivating to change our way of thinking about things and thus see life from another perspective.
