All of us have to deal with feelings of failure, loneliness, frustration, etc. Sometimes we lack focus, calm, or positivity.

Next I am going to put you 4 TED lectures that are comforting and stimulating. TED Talks motivate the viewer to take the necessary steps to make a change in their life.

In tough times, we can get confused about how to move on. Take some time to check out some of these Ted Talks.

This is a great Andy Puddicombe video explaining the need to keep your mind healthy. His positive technique involves doing absolutely nothing for 10 minutes each day. Simple, huh?
