Yi wasu motsa jiki

Barka da zuwa wannan 8 ga Janairu na Kalubalenmu na farkon kwanaki 21 na Janairu.

Ayyukanmu a yau shine yi wani irin motsa jiki aƙalla sau 3 a mako 🙂

Kamar abincinmu, motsa jiki babban al'amari ne na rayuwa cikin ƙoshin lafiya. Ko da kuwa kun dage ga ingantaccen abinci kuma kuna yin zuzzurfan tunani, ba za ku iya burin yin rayuwa mai kyau ba idan ba ku yin kowane irin motsa jiki.
