10 small tasks to regain your emotional balance

I recommend that you do these 10 small tasks for when you feel that you lose control, they will help you regain your emotional balance:

1) Wash your hands, face, and brush your teeth. Refresh and clean the parts of the body that are used more frequently, you will feel more relaxed / o and with the feeling that you are starting over.

2) Put on some clean socks and shoes that you haven't worn in a few days. You can buy clothes so that you feel with a new look. It will make you feel better.

3) give yourself a good shave (face or legs).

4) Look for any trophies, diplomas or certificates of achievement that you have earned. Frame it on the wall. They are memories of your achievements and will serve to raise your self esteem.

5) Remember something you were successful at and think about it for a minute. Draw on that memory as often as possible. It will serve as a stimulus to reach another and another. Simply put, remember that if you achieved something great, you can do it again.

6) Spend a few minutes thinking about why your loved ones love you. And yes, this includes your dog as well. Knowing that you are being unconditionally loved will make you feel better.

7) Clean your car, inside and outside. This will really make you feel better.

8) Tidy up your room, your cabinets and drawers. Put what you no longer use in a bag and take it to an organization that collects used clothes. Getting rid of the old makes room for the new.

9) Prepare a delicious meal. Set the table and enjoy your favorite dish. Enjoying a wonderful culinary experience will lift your spirits. If you share that meal with a loved one, the experience will be more enriching.

10) Look around you, remember that you started with nothing, and look at everything around you, everything you have created. We can all lose our self-esteem, especially when something goes wrong around us, but we can also regain it. If you've done it before, you can do it again, no matter what happens.

Neither of these tasks are time consuming. They'll give you a bit of a boost when you're feeling down.
