10 ways to gain 20 minutes a day

Wouldn't you like the day to have more hours? I would love it 🙂

I'm going to give you a series of tips to try to gain 20 minutes a day. Obviously our day will not be 24 hours and 20 minutes but by applying these tips you will learn to make better use of your time and to have at least 20 extra minutes to do whatever you want:

1) Plan ahead and start early.

10 minutes of preparing plans before bed will make you more efficient with your time.

2) Organize your space.

How much time do you spend a day looking for things? If you keep your house organized, you can earn those 20 minutes a day.

3) Productively use lead time.

Read, listen to some podcast On a topic that interests you, reviewing assignments, writing, are some of the things that come to mind.

4) Buy in bulk and cook in bulk.

Buying food and cooking it takes a lot of our time. With this advice you will reduce your visits to the supermarket and the kitchen. The same applies when refueling: fill up your tank.

5) Carry out everyday tasks in a single trip.

Once you leave home: go to the bank, to buy your socks and to the supermarket. Don't go back home and go out again because you forgot to buy the salt.

6) Exercise daily.

Exercising daily has been shown to improve our personal productivity and cognitive function.

7) Do what you don't want to do first.

It's best to do the things you don't like in the first place, when your mind is fresher.

8) Harness the power of teamwork.

Can a horse drag 500 Kilos? Well, 2 horses will drag a ton. A metaphor that 4 hands and 2 minds can do more than one.

9) Say "no."

We only have 24 hours so give your time to others wisely. If at any point you have to say "no" don't feel guilty.

10) Simplify your life.

"Simplicity consists of making the journey through life, with only the necessary luggage."
