We are all good at something or have something that we are PASSIONATE about. You may not have realized it but in our day to day we dedicate ourselves to spending our free time doing what we like. If not, something is wrong.

You have to set aside a minimum couple of hours a day to do something productive that you are passionate about, what you have talent for. You have to first recognize what you are really good at and dedicate yourself body and soul to being the best.

2) Share your joys.

If you are happy it must be because of something you have done well in your life. Sharing your joys is a way to get recognition for what you have done well.

3) Know that your passions contribute to who you are.

4) Remember the things you do well when faced with a problem.
