There are a lot of things in life that make people think: "That will never happen to me."
Maybe for some of those things, it's true. But sincerely, we are all susceptible to having some trauma, some misfortune, some abrupt turn in life. I am not a fan of living life in fear. The idea that "it can happen to anyone" has more to do with having a little empathy for people who are considered the "others":
