A daily commitment to meditation

The meditation It is a practice that we can develop individually, in the tranquility of our room, or we can receive external training.

In any case, you never just learn. We can always reach a fuller state of awareness and relaxation. Buddhism says that it can be capped when nirvana is reached.

Meditation is not something reserved for mystics. Meditation is also practiced by "normal" street people, top executives, politicians, and bankers, and incorporates it into their daily lives, aware of their enormous benefits.

A daily commitment to meditation.

Through meditation we can become more aware of the reality that surrounds us, we can appreciate the beauty of its small details, our hearts open and we learn to be more receptive to others. Who doesn't want this in their life?

We can use meditation to develop virtues or values like compassion or any other that you consider necessary for your life. The flaws become smaller and the virtues begin to take their place.

You have to try to find out what virtue or value you want to establish in your personality. Meditation will help you discover what is it that you lack in life to be a more upright person.

To achieve this requires a daily commitment, a discipline that will be reinforced as you make profits.

The process is not easy. We will have good days and bad days but if we persist in the practice of meditation in the end we will obtain a fuller life.

There are websites specialized in this practice or even in your city there may be an association that practices group meditation. At this point, I have to tell you that if you are a believer you have it easier: Prayer is a great way to practice meditation.

I encourage you to commit yourself every day to finding a space to meditate. No big preparations are necessary. The ideal would be to meditate in the solitude of your room, without noise, but you can also meditate on the bus that takes you to work.

I encourage you that every night, or at the time of day that you consider most appropriate, reserve a timeI'm not going to tell you how much, to practice meditation, to gather with yourself, to reflect, to be grateful ...

Many people seek happiness but then fail to take the necessary steps to obtain it. The pursuit of happiness requires commitment and daily discipline. You can get it through meditation ... but with effort.

Once you discover all the power that meditation can give you, you will never stop practicing it.

To finish, I leave you with a motivational video:
