A simple meditation with the breath

Anxiety can cause illness, but peace of mind can help cure it. That is why meditation is so beneficial.

I leave you here a very simple meditation based on breathing:

1) Once seated in the meditation position, we relax and we motivate ourselves adequately: feel the aspiration that it is going to be a creative session that will serve to create genuine well-being.

2) We begin by observing the breath.

We breathe normally, letting the air flow naturally, without trying to control the process. If we are so agitated that we cannot hold our attention, or if we become distracted, counting our breaths may help. We count to 10 ... we start again from 1. Like this until we get some calm.

3) Breathe again and visualize that, with the air of your breath, you let go of your ailments and their causes, harmful energy, emotions and attitudes and their results.

All that charge leaves your body as a mist or dark pollution that vanishes into space.

4) Keep breathing gently and, as you breathe in, feel that with the air you absorb a healing light energy that comes from space or a source of power that has meaning to you.

The light fills your entire body, purifying and harmonizing it, and eliminating all traces of negative energy, just as darkness disappears when you turn on the light.

5) In the end you feel that your body has been transformed into light. All problems and ailments have completely ceased and you experience widespread well-being throughout your body and mind.

Feel that your life has been revitalized and that you have been filled with positive energy.

6) Kill a general feeling of satisfaction and with the aspiration that that experience becomes a reality and you can share your well-being with others.
