I propose a challenge for todayIf you dare, you can extend it in time: tell the truth in all situations, say exactly what you think and act accordingly. It seems logical, but we are all liars at some point in our day. They can be little lies like saying hello with a great "good morning" to that neighbor that we do not swallow. However, why do we do it?
These are mere acts of social survival. If we were 100% honest in our lives we would lose many friends, family relationships would be broken, we would lose our jobs. Anyway, think of one thing: we would lose all that but we would gain a very valuable treasure, honesty (sincerity).
Nowadays Being honest is something that, in my particular case, I value a lot. Regarding this, I have a tendency in my life: I do not consider myself a very social person because I see a lot of hypocrisies, formalities, forced relationships around me. I interact with very few people, but they are 100% sincere relationships in which I don't really care to be who I am, hide opinions and act accordingly.
It is my way of being and seeing life. It may not be correct and I have become a freak, antisocial and sometimes listless. But here I am, I am 100% myself.
