This book is fabulous. It presents extensive information so that we can learn to eat healthy. Contains recipes and information about good sources of vitamins.
It sure will become one of my nutritional reference books for a few years.
What I like the most about the book
1) It has given me information about which foods can prevent and alleviate ailments such as arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, angina, and even cancer.
2) The information is similar to what I have received from nurses and doctors. It is very practical to have all that knowledge in my hands. Several of my friends have borrowed this book from me and I am always aware of when they will return it to me 🙂
3) It has saved me dozens of hours of searching for nutritional research. On the Internet there are thousands of articles and videos about it, but this book is a detailed compendium of all that information.
In my opinion it has invaluable information. I love learning about why certain foods are best for me and for certain ailments.
4) It's a hardcover book It offers the information in a very pleasant way to read.

This book is a must for those who want to eat healthy. A detailed description of the roles that certain foods play in our daily diet is given.
In my opinion this book is a treasure. The recipes are fabulous and the meal plans are definitely something I'm going to use 🙂 I love it!
