Day 13: Have good dental hygiene

Welcome this day January 13. Today's task is very simple: have good dental hygiene.

Brushing after meals is not enough. Use dental floss. Since I flossed I have not had any cavities. The dependence you get on this "gadget" is incredible. Sometimes when I have run out of dental floss, I get a kind of uneasiness and discomfort. I run out to buy one 🙂

I've come to hear that flossing is the most important tip after exercising and quitting smoking. The idea that oral health is related to general health is not far-fetched. The mouth, after all, is an integral part of our body. The teeth have a blood supply and the blood supply leaves the heart.

Have good dental hygiene

Researchers suspect that plaque-producing bacteria enter the bloodstream. These bacteria are in some way associated with inflammation that occurs and clogs blood vessels and heart disease.

Other researchers have found links between oral bacteria and strokes, diabetes, and the birth of premature babies as well as those with low birth weight.

In addition to preventing disease, flossing and brushing can help you maintain your teeth white and intact. Beautiful and strong teeth that help you chew your food, speak correctly and have a smile as big as a sun.
