Welcome to this January 8th of our Challenge for the first 21 days of January.

Our task today is do some kind of exercise minimum 3 times a week 🙂

Like our diet, exercise is a fundamental aspect of living a healthy life. Even if you stick to a healthy diet and meditate regularly, You cannot aspire to lead a healthy life if you do not do any type of exercise.

There is countless research showing a clear link between increased activity during the day and better health. They have shown that daily exercise has enormous benefits for our health, including the increase in our life expectancy and a decrease in the risk of suffering from diseases.

Therefore today we are going to implement some type of sports activity in our lives.

Tips for integrating exercise as part of your life.

Tips to make exercise part of your life

1) Increase your daily activity level: In addition to doing sports or exercise, you can also walk briskly when you go for a walk or stretch. Choose to walk rather than use the car or bus for short distances. Take the stairs instead of taking the elevator.

2) Choose those exercises that you like. When you enjoy doing the sport you have chosen, it will not involve any effort to do it regularly. Sport is not suffering but a way to gain health by having fun.

3) You have a variety of exercises to choose from. Rate at least two types of exercises you can do and rotate according to the day. For example: you can go for a run on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and swim on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Sunday is a day of rest 🙂

4) If you can, choose group sports. There are great individual sports (swimming or running) but if you can play sports and interact with your friends at the same time, great.
