Today is January 9th and here comes the 9th task for this Challenge of the first 21 days of January.

If you have completed the 8 tasks above (you will find them at the end of this article) with due diligence, let me congratulate you. It is not easy to carry out all the tasks that I have entrusted to you. With your perseverance you show a commitment to your Personal growth.

The effort to improve day by day is not easy. It takes a lot of motivation to keep going and a strong desire to achieve excellence. Perhaps your mind has devised thousands of excuses for not fulfilling the assigned tasks but here you are, ready to know this 9th task.

Meditation brings clarity to your ideas and vision of life. People who meditate regularly experience a tremendous amount of benefits, compared to those who do not.

Tips to meditate correctly

1) Clear your mind before starting. Take a few deep, slow breaths.

2) These 4 videos can help you in this process:

3) Meditate for as long as you want, until you feel clean, purified, renewed and ready to go out.

I recommend 30 minutes to start. If you want more time to meditate, all the better.

4) Don't get involved in thoughts: just sit back and watch.

So far the 9th task that you must add to the previous 8, I remind you:

1) Day One: Drink eight glasses of water

2) Day Two: eat 5 pieces of fruit a day

3) Day Three: Make a meal plan

4) Day 4: Sleep 8 hours a day

5) Day 5: Do not criticize or judge others

6) Day 6: Get up early every morning

7) Day 7: Review and strengthen tasks

8) Day 8: Do some kind of exercise
