2 practical points that will help you strengthen your self-discipline

1) As Brandon Carter says in the video, discipline is like a muscle that must be trained every day. Set a small goal each day that brings you closer to your dream and commit to making it happen. It is only a small step.

The next day add another small step. Start small and do this for at least 21 days in a row so that it becomes a habit.

After that, it will no longer be difficult for you to meet the objectives that you establish each day.

2) Establish a reward and punishment program that is applied depending on whether you meet your goal or not.

Make a list of rewards that you can give yourself when you meet your daily goal. If you do, choose a reward from the list to give it to you. Establish the same but with a list of punishments.
