In task 2 we delve into the negative traits of our personality. We gained an understanding of why we have those traits and why we want to change those aspects of ourselves. We identify small steps on how we can start working on that immediately.
Task nº3: discover your ideal self.
Today's homework will take about 20 min.
Have you ever imagined what your "ideal self" would be like? How would you like to be?
1) Cheerful, carefree, always smiling and happy?
2) Always spreading joy and love to everyone around you?
3) Passionate about life, driven and fueled by a hunger and thirst for improvement?
4) Tough, determined, persistent, and never backing down from challenges?
5) Full of strength and courage, and ready to fulfill your dreams and goals?
6) Firm and unafraid to defend what you think is appropriate?
7) Elegant, beautiful and full of light?
8) Eloquent, sociable and able to express yourself freely without limitations?
Visualize yourself with the characteristics you want and you won't be able to help but smile. You will enter a state of peace and tranquility.
Task: discover your ideal self.
Take a notebook and answer the following questions:
1) What is your "ideal self" like? Make a detailed description. Here are some points that will help you evoke the image of your ideal self:

- What are your values in your life? This article can help you: discover your values.
2) What are the three little steps What can you give to start living according to your "ideal self"?
