We all want more time. This insatiable thirst is very common in people, an ambition that in many cases becomes insane.
However, we all have the same hours and there are those who make better use of them or is organized in an efficient way It allows you to make the most of your day. They manage their time very efficiently.
I am one of those, I always want time Time to do the things that I like. Time to do what I want, what I feel like doing at that moment. I am lucky to have the time to do my favorite activities. However, I always want more.
I have found that to feel satisfied and satiated with what I do, I must do an inner work. It is a mental problem: I have to finish satisfied in all the activities that I do.
Example: I have 2 hours to do what I want:
1) First of all, I have to take advantage of those only two hours a day that I have to do what I like the most. In any activity, to do it well, we always have to have all 5 senses on it. Don't get distracted by other things.
2) Finish what I have started or, at least, fulfill the objectives that I had set for myself in those 2 hours. If I don't, I will end that feeling anxious to find a space in the day to continue with my activity.
3) 15 minutes before my time ends, I will finalize the small details to put the final icing on my activity and start thinking about the next thing I will do that, surely, I will like less. However, that "liking less" is relative because if I motivate myself during those final 15 minutes, I may take that new activity with enthusiasm.
Many of the routines become boring due to lack of motivation.
I think this happens to me every day instead of taking advantage of the little that remains, I want more time, thank you for your good topic
