Idea to fight laziness

Idea to fight laziness.

Referring to the image that illustrates this post, I have to say that I am not lazy 😉 Once this is clarified, let's start with the article:

Every day we have to face our work or do things that we do not like too much, such as housework.

It is in those moments when we have to fight laziness if we want to meet our goals and feel good at the end of the day.

It is precisely this thought that I use to combat laziness: If I make an effort to do it, I will feel happier. Who doesn't want to be happy in life? It's a powerful idea, it motivates me to do what I don't feel like doing at first. I know that if I do it I will feel better 🙂

Let's develop this idea a little more.

To overcome laziness you need willpower. Willpower is an aspect that must be worked on every day to strengthen it. Our job is to strengthen that willpower every day to largely eradicate laziness from our lives. How do we do it? Associating pleasure to perform the proposed tasks and pain to the fact of not doing them.

Let's focus on the idea that I told you before: if we carry out all our goals, tasks, that we have proposed at the beginning of the day, we will be more happy. It's that simple but it's true. Achieving happiness requires effort and you can start by overcoming the laziness of washing dishes or going to the gym. The feeling that you will have at the end of the day is one of pure satisfaction.

On the contrary, if you let yourself be carried away by laziness, you will end your day without having done what you expected and a feeling of frustration will invade you.

If you focus on this idea every day, you will see how little by little the things that used to be difficult to do, now you do them without any effort and your life is much more productive because you have developed your willpower.

I am very frustrated because throughout my 38 years of age, I have not been able to fulfill myself as an individual, I do not have enough money for my basic needs, I am very intelligent but I have never been able to fully exploit my intelligence, I have studied many things but not I have a well-defined career, I feel like any street bum ... how unfortunate, life goes away every day and I still don't see the light, I don't know what to do ...
