Here are 2 simple exercises that can give you a increase your vital energy:
Exercise number 1.
1) This exercise lasts 15 seconds, but it can change your life.
2) Press firmly with your left palm on the back of your right hand and
3) Move it quickly up to the shoulders, maintaining pressure.
4) Rotate your right hand 180 degrees.
5) Bring your left hand back to your fingers while maintaining the same pressure.
6) All of this should be done in 1 second. Repeat this action 7 times
Then change hands and arms.
Exercise number 2.
Stand straight. Spread your feet a bit. Place your palms towards each other at shoulder level with your elbows pointing down and close to your body. The palms should be relaxed, slightly cupped.
Now the hands begin to shake rapidly as the palms move closer and further apart. The movements should be quick and short. Don't put your palms together. Do about 150-200 movements. The pace can be about 8 repetitions per second, so the entire exercise will take a little over half a minute.
