Introduction to Chi Kung

Introduction to Chi Kung

I've been trying for a while to find some content for this blog that differs from the thousands of blogs on improvement and personal development that exist.

Almost everyone talks about the same things: how to achieve this or that thing, how to get rid of that other, ... I'm tired of it. We all have a multitude of advice to give that the vast majority have no scientific foundation that supports them beyond our personal experience.

I have been exploring new fields for a few days that satisfy me, that really produce in me the changes I seek. I have always liked oriental culture and its knowledge techniques.

Investigating I have found something that seems to be in the perfect line of what I was looking for. It's called the Chi Kung. In the coming days I will try to explain what this discipline consists of that has caught my attention so much and I invite you to explore with me the knowledge of a discipline that is thousands of years old and that can help us improve our lives, both physically and mentally.

All the writings I do on this technique are drawn from information from various sources.

Chi Kung.

While Western man waited one day to fly, the Chinese pursued their great dream of become immortal.

Today, having tried to master the energy of electricity, oil, the atom and the sun, Westerners try to dominate internally to reduce stress and emotions, which are often put to the test.

Our body is full of Energy that is synthesized, centralized and distributed. Our body, in fact, is made of matter but is, above all, made up of energy that the Chinese call About.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, symptoms caused by stress, emotions, and illness are signs of an imbalance in blood circulation. About in our body.

Chinese tradition can help us free ourselves from all tensions and all the obstacles against the good circulation of our energy.

Despite appearances, this gymnastics of simple movements is highly studied to act directly on the organs and the meridians through which the flow of energy circulates.

The regular and daily practice of qigong allows you to regulate the mind and breathing until totally relax being awake both immobile, in postures, and active, in movements.

Within everyone's reach, this ancient discipline is a way to resist the aggressions of everyday life. Taking this path leads to self-knowledge and brings health benefits.

What does Qigong mean?

what is qigong

El Chi it is the energy, the breath of life that circulates in every living thing between heaven and earth. The Gong it is the work, the technique.

The practice of QiGong acts on the flow of energy in the body. Excess or lack of energy can thus be restored throughout our body. If we accept the idea that everything is full of energy, our body and even the entire universe, we can admit that this energy that animates us is related to the energy of what surrounds us. Harmony would reside in the balance between being and the cosmos.

Stay tuned for the next few days to learn more about this technique that I have already started to practice and I can tell you that I am achieving things that previously cost me a lot.

Highly recommended for nervous people.
