The justification of the project is one of the most important stages in the presentation of the research. It refers to the section of the written work where the reasons that motivate us to investigate the selected topic must be explained.

But could we justify something about which we do not have clear ideas?

The purpose of this research is to solve the problem faced by the members of the Conchita Pérez Acosta educational community of arts and crafts, located in the La Isabela Urbanization in Valencia, Carabobo state, as well as the community in general.
Theoretical-practical courses of; elaboration of cloth and leather handbags and purses, cutting and confection, elaboration of intimate clothes, crocheting, looms and knitting, dolls, cooking and hairdressing.
It represents a source of free learning for the inhabitants of the urbanization and adjacent areas. It is a generator of tools for work, however they are severely limited in acquiring the textile and haberdashery materials necessary to carry out their practices.
The shops related to the textile industry in the city are located great kilometers away from where the institution is located. Moving to that area involves spending time, money and physical effort because the public transport system is chaotic. The community mostly works in areas related to the textile branch.
The main objective of this project is to ensure that this urbanization has a branch of the chain of stores "Telares el Castillo". This branch will benefit the large population of the community and surrounding areas.
