Learn the Mindfulness method in a month

I have the pleasure to inform you that for a month, almost all the posts that are published in this blog will be related to the Mindfulness.

The goal is that all those who follow daily this blog learn to master this meditative technique. I think one month I will be able to expose everything you need to master this technique. If I consider it necessary that I have not had time to explain everything necessary, I could lengthen the time of publication of posts dedicated to Mindfulness a little longer.
