3 questions for you to discover your Talents and earn in Wellness

I would like you to first watch the following video that I have prepared as an introduction.

It is about the psychologist Laura Royo and in this video she invites us to discover our talents to improve our lives:

[mashshare]

Discovering and developing our talents can provide us motivation and enthusiasm, and thanks to knowing what they are, we can ask ourselves what we would like to do with them and discover what our mission is in this life.

If we lead a life in tune with our innate abilities or that leaves spaces for us to develop them, we will feel in harmony y enthusiastic with our day to day and this will have a direct implication with our personal satisfaction y happiness.

I ask you again the THREE QUESTIONS I have thrown you in the video so that you can reread them and take some time to answer them calmly:

1) What are those activities, tasks or actions that when you do them make you feel so comfortable that you lose track of time?

2) What things do you do that impress other people and that are easy for you to do and do not require great effort?

3) What do you think you could contribute to society if you developed your innate talents?

So that you can discover what your innate abilities are, it is important that you let yourself be carried away by:

- what you feel you are passionate, who

- tea enthuses y

- tea connect with the present moment and makes you forget about everything else during that activity.

I'm going to give you an everyday example:

Let's say you really like going to the movies. When you are sitting in the armchair in the living room watching a movie and the story hooks you, you get fully into the screen, you forget everything else and you identify with one or more of the characters, you laugh, get scared or cry like if you were living the story they tell you.

This is what I mean when I talk about being connected with the here and now and it is one of the most indicative factors that you are doing something that involves you 100% and you like it.

talent

"Talent, to a large extent, is a matter of persistence."
Francis Threshold

This example of cinema can be extrapolated to your real life when, connected with your innate talents, you manage to give yourself space to develop them, enjoy them and even get to live the life you want by making your skills your lifestyle or your profession.

We must not lose sight of the fact that this is not a bed of roses and that developing the life you want at a professional level is going to involve a great effort and commitment not to give up trying and facing the difficulties that you may encounter.

I recommend that you dream big but still keep your feet on the ground.

TO GET STARTED you can mark a small target and fight to give yourself time to develop it and from there you will see.

It may be that you feel afraid of failing or what they will say as I told you in the previous video in which we saw the topic of Life Dissatisfaction, and it may be very difficult for you to discover what it is that truly makes you happy.

Each person is different and there is no manual that says what it is that will allow each one to achieve personal fulfillment.

You will have to discover it yourself and if you just can't, a psychoanalytic type job will allow you to rediscover yourself and get rid of your fears.

I want to share with you a quote to reflect:

"The ultimate wisdom is to have dreams big enough not to lose sight of them while we chase them."

William Faulkner

A cordial greeting,

Laura Royo, Psychologist
