Among the many YouTube channels that I follow, there is one that I especially like. Its about Sebastián García Mouret channel.
Sebastián started on YouTube by making book reviews on his channel «The Collector of Worlds«. Booktubers are book lovers who upload videos to YouTube about the reviews of the books they are reading.
However, over time he ended up opening two other YouTube channels that are very interesting to me. Occasionally He gives us interesting reflections on current issues or aspects as ambiguous as "loneliness."

Someone once said that a man could never be happy if he was not able to feel good about himself before when he was alone.
In my opinion, We should all set aside a time of day to be alone to do things alone. If we learn this, our freedom will increase remarkably because we will no longer need anyone to feel good.
People who don't know how to be alone end up being dependent on other people. In this way they will never learn to feel free, they will never achieve true happiness. In the worst case, they will end up developing emotional codependency.
To learn to be alone satisfactorily, you can start small. It will help you to take a walk listening to your favorite music or a podcast that you like.
You have to find an incentive to be alone. Savor the calm you feel, learn to quiet your mind, you can dedicate those moments of solitude to meditate.
If you can learn to be alone you will become a much stronger person emotionally.

I think there are times when being alone is relaxing, like resting or doing things you like. One cannot be alone all the time either, I think that interaction with others is necessary for our personal development, but it is not everything in life either.
