Sitting too long

This video is ideal for those who spend a lot of time a day sitting down. Personally, it is going to be great for me since due to my work I spend about 5 hours a day (minimum) sitting or lying down. Yes, you read that right, LYING ON THE BED (my office) since I don't have a good chair to sit down without hurting me to the spinal cord.

In the city where I live I have not been able to find an office chair that seems comfortable enough to stick with me for 3 hours working. I use a sofa that I have in the living room to work in the mornings but then I have to move with my laptop to bed since the rest of my family starts hanging around the living room so there is no one to concentrate.

In any case, This video is great to become aware of the risks we take when choosing a sedentary life and provides us with the necessary remedies to minimize these risks.
