Socialize

There are many ways of relating socially: volunteer jobs. is one of them. You can also be part of a community: the Church is a large community that provides numerous activities apart from going to Mass every Sunday.

In my city, Pamplona, there are so-called Civic Centers: In them there are computer rooms, libraries, cafeterias, children's spaces, rooms where conferences are given. In these civic centers they organize activities of all kinds: sports (some have a swimming pool), kitchen, ...

Whatever you do, do it with people. Shared activities are good for your physical and mental health, according to numerous studies.

Benefits of socializing.

Socialize

1) They provide information: Establishing a relationship with another person involves an exchange of knowledge, experiences and advice that enrich your spirit and can inspire you in life.

2) Emotional support: Sharing a problem with a trusted person can help ease an inner burden.

3) They offer a sense of belonging: This feeling not only helps reinforce a person's identity, but also helps prevent and overcome depression and anxiety.
