Brian Tagalog, 27, was born without arms, but that never stopped him from having a normal life. He learned to use his feet to perform everyday tasks like driving a car. But I wanted to go further, that's why became the only tattoo artist to use his feet to do his job.
A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Brian moved with his family to Tucson, Arizona, USA, where he studied at the University of Arizona.
Interested in drawing since childhood, decided to specialize to be a professional tattoo artist.
Despite the fact that many considered the task impossible, Brian honed his drawing skills with his foot. Later, his aunt helped him buy his first professional tattoo kit, He learned to tattoo with his feet in the same way as those who use their hands.
Angie Tagalog, Brian's mother, admits that the process of assimilating her son's congenital disease was not easy:

11 years ago, your child became a professional tattoo artist. But this would not be his last difficulty. He also had trouble finding a studio to hire him. Brian didn't give up and decided that he was going to open his own workplace. Thus was born "Tattoo by Foot".
He developed a specific technique to create his tattoos: the first step is to design the project on the right foot; next, he puts the parchment paper on the client's skin while with the other foot he stretches the image; then use both feet to control the entire tattooing process.
Brian hopes that his story of persistence and success will inspire others to follow their dreams, no matter how difficult it may seem. "Never give up! Everything is possible"says the artist.
