Dedicated to all those teens who make fun of others

Journalist Dan Savage created a very inspiring project titled "It Gets Better" ("It gets better"). It was aimed at gay teens bullied in schools. The protagonists were homosexuals who had grown up and led very impressive lives.

However, no one had thought of adolescents who were once the most popular kids in high school and yet their popularity stagnated and declined with age. Those teenagers who thought that their life was going to be as great as the one they led in high school but that their life was no longer so incredible.

When they became adults no one laughed at them anymore, they went bald and got fat, they got lousy jobs and their bosses are the people they made fun of in high school.

This video contains a very important message for all those popular kids who don't respect others and that they are now at the peak of social success. Enjoy while you can because from a few years on, everything will be downhill:

Young Spanish people are among the last places in the world to recognize the seriousness of bullying. About 50 percent say they have been involved in a fight in the past year.

There is a phrase that I love that sums up the spirit of this article a bit:

"Don't laugh at a geek because one day he may be your boss"
