On one occasion, he waited a whole morning until 16:00 p.m. and the agent finally left without speaking to him. The boy decided to stay overnight and finally the agent decided to let him into his office and give him a test, although he refused.

He refused to look for a job because it would have prevented him from achieving his wishes. He was so broke that he didn't even have money to feed his dog and he sold it for $ 25. The next day he saw a fight on TV and was immediately inspired by a script that he wrote for a whole day. However, when he tried to sell it, he was rejected again until two agents offered him $ 120000 for the script but without starring in the film, then 320000 thousand and he said no again. Until they offered him $ 35000 with him as the protagonist and he signed.

Rocky ended up costing a million dollars and had a profit of 200 million dollars. It didn't hurt Sylvester Stallone and his producers to be persistent and have a dream.

First of all, there is something that you must have that grows within yourself from your thoughts, it is the desire to achieve something. There is a way to learn how to be successful and implement it in your life. That form is not taught in school or on the internet. In western society you tend to admire famous people or criticize them; athletes, singers, presidents of successful companies. We see them on TV, in the movies, in the newspapers and we think they have arrived there by magic. However, the common thing that these people have is that long ago from their present success, they decided to act and improve step by step.

2-Make your mind work for you.

It is important that you have control of your thoughts; the mind is something that you can use for your good or to suffer. There is no objective external reality, but what you create.

If you think that it is impossible to achieve your goal because you live in a difficult situation, you will have created a real world from your point of view.

However, if you believe that you can achieve your goal because with effort and perseverance everything is possible, it will also be true.

 3-Discipline and habits.

If you want to achieve something different, you have to act differently from other people. By nature the human being is lazy, it is the principle of the economy of energy expenditure. And that is why you have to put willpower to overcome laziness.

Getting up at 10 in the morning is a habit, eating badly too, until you change into a good habit like getting up at 7 or eating healthy. The most difficult will be the beginning, then everything is habit.

Actor Will Smith says "skill develops from hours and hours of work." Talent can take you far, but success in your life requires letting go of laziness, having good habits, and realizing that discomfort is necessary. 

So simply do what you know you have to do to achieve your goals, no matter how you feel. A good start is by making small achievements in an activity and progressing little by little. For example, if you want to do a marathon, running 10 minutes the first day, 15 the second, 20 the third ...

4-Coping with fear.

Fear can prevent you from following the path to your goal, but it can also help. You can never get rid of fear of certain thoughts or situations. Therefore, it is best to accept it and face the situations that produce it, doing what is necessary to achieve the goals. 

Fear warns you that you may suffer harm in the future. If you feel it, it is possible that it is warning you that you have to prepare more to overcome a situation (such as studying for an exam or preparing a project) and the only way to overcome it is by acting and facing the situation (in the previous example , studying more or working more on the project). 

5) Growth, not failures

Failure is nothing negative, it is simply a necessary step for success. Each failure is a way of telling you that something you did did not work and that you have to try a different way. A failure can be painful but it is the best way to move forward and to know what we have to do to achieve success.

    It is not that I have failed, but that I never acted as I should have, because they made me feel that I was worthless, that I would never achieve anything. So, I left my studies unfinished and I was a bit rebellious. But I got to work, I always wanted to be a hairdresser and they wouldn't let me, but there I tried and I got it. and I was very good, even if it is wrong to say it. I say I went because then bad times came and I had to leave him. But I kept working, I never missed work. In the end, like, many people are unemployed, the first time in 20 years worked, I took it very badly, that could not be happening to me. I went to work in a residence, without knowing absolutely anything, I thought it would not be worth it, then I changed to another, because it was closer to my house, since the other one was very bad for me, I was very far away and I got up very early. At this point I did not like this job but it was what there was. Then they had to do courses required by the government. And since then I became very involved, I became aware of the issue and now I am a very different person.
    I keep studying on my own to know and be more prepared every day, because now you never know what they are going to demand of you. At the moment I am working as a nursing assistant and I am achieving some grades that I never had, and I have my goal set, I hope to achieve it and if not, I will be happy with what I have achieved until now. Yes, I agree that what they say in the article, you have to fight, set goals and not stop until you get there.
    Nobody gives anything, but if you work knowing what you want to achieve, I believe that it is achieved. I'm not going to stop.

    A perfect item. I agree with everything. The limits in life are set by us. We are afraid of getting out of our comfort state. If we don't go out, we shouldn't complain about life.
