26 tips to fall in love again with life

I am not saying that you do the 26 things that I am going to propose here. Just doing 5 will be enough and will help you reconnect again with the joy of feeling alive.

1. To learn a new language. Download an application on your mobile, get a conversation partner or a bilingual dictionary and force your mind into a new way of understanding other people.

2. Go to a distant country for an indefinite period of time.

3. Rent a bike and walk around the city.

4. Visit a friend who has moved and you always say you are going to visit, but you never actually go.

5. Learn to play an instrument. Create a YouTube channel to motivate yourself. Did you know that it only takes 10.000 hours to become an expert at something? What are 10.000 hours in your life?

6. Sign up as a volunteer somewhere. Dedicate your time to a worthy cause.

7. Learn to dive, climb or hang gliding. Do something new.

8. Learn to be financially independent (if you are not already). Realize that money doesn't buy happiness, but it sure does buy peace of mind, and this is a similar concept.

9. Learn yoga. Become one of those people who post photos in a certain position on a cliff at sunset and feel absolutely zero shame doing that 🙂

10. Write a book. We all have something to tell.

11. Go back to studying.

12. Buy comfortable pajamas and a nice big mug to fill with tea. It will keep you company when you feel lonely.

13. Sleep all day if you want and don't feel guilty about it ... but remember, just one day 😉

14. Plan your future without limits. Let your imagination fly and realize that there are not many things that prevent you from making those dreams come true.

15. Go back to your parents' house and spend a lot of time with them.

17. Pick something that interests you, go to your local library and take a look at all the books that can be found on that subject. Start reading them. Become an expert (remember: it only takes 10.000 hours to do this).

18. Find new friends who share your interests.

19. Open your house to exchange students. If you can't afford to travel, have the experience of making friends from all over the world.

20. Learn to dance. Keep your body moving.

21. Redecorate your house, apartment or room.

22. Train for a marathon. Find a marathon to be held and plan your workouts.

23. Learn to cook three meals very well. Impress your friends with these three dishes for basically the rest of their lives.

24. Identify one thing you fear and do it.

25. Practice meditation. Get comfortable being alone with their thoughts and listening to what they are trying to say.

26. Make a list of all the characteristics that you wish your partner had and incorporate them into yourself. There is one person you will undoubtedly spend the rest of your life with: you. So become a great companion.
