Tips for taking the challenge of "Be a better person"

Yesterday I presented you with the challenge that I have prepared for most of August: Do you want to be a better person?

In this article I will explain a little better what will this challenge consist of:

1) There will be about 20 tasks over 30 days. I would like there to be 30 tasks for August but for time reasons I cannot guarantee it, and there are surely days when I substitute a task for some other more relevant article.

2) Tasks include:

(a) A short report.

(b) Instructions on what to do for the day. This task will be related to becoming a better person. It will take approximately 30 minutes-1 hour to complete.

3) You will have all day to complete the task.

4) The challenge ends on August 30.

5) On August 31, we will end the challenge with a conclusion and feedback session.
