Trying to beat procrastination

Procrastination is "procrastinating." People who are indecisive or busy with many things are willing to find any excuse to escape from their tasks.

It is one thing that you have the habit of listening to the radio when you study and another is that you use it to evade your responsibilities. Many of our children look for any excuse to get up from the study table.

There are two concepts:

1) The indecisive person who is armed with duties and cannot focus. It is grass of stress.

2) The burden of facing a responsibility is the cause of the search for excuses to avoid our responsibilities.

This becomes a serious problem when this attitude becomes a constant in our life. We have to be ordered with the planning of our week to finish with the most important things on our list. When we are crossing out our tasks it is a very rewarding stimulus.

We must organize and establish the time we need to complete our tasks. It is a matter of self-discipline. Everything you do has a projection on others to promote an efficient image before your neighbors.

You have to try to be transparent in your tasks because there may be other people who can help you with your duties.

Set deadlines for completing your assignments. It is the best way to end procrastination and achieve PERSONAL GROWTH.

I leave you an extract from the Networks program where this topic is discussed. By the way, Punset is better with long hair 😉
