Our head, mind, is a thought factory. Discover what are the skills of thinking to change your life since what we think with recurrence we end up turning into belief.

Through our thoughts we can mainly achieve 5 things:

1) We change our attitude to suffering.

 

Our thinking has the ability to change our attitude towards suffering and thus adopt a more constructive attitude. Suffering is an opportunity to grow internally and in all cases the suffering disappears, sooner or later (after the storm calm always comes. In those cases in which suffering ends with death, we can also endow our suffering with a meaning: if you are religious you can offer it to God. If you are not, you can use suffering to get closer to yours, open your heart and improve as a person. This will make you feel better.

Remember: never anticipate suffering. There are people who suffer just because they think they are going to suffer. Tell yourself in your mind that you are fine, that now you have no pain or anything that worries you ... do not anticipate what is to come. What you think may never come.

2) We take control of our lives.

Tell yourself over and over again that you are the architect of your destiny, that you control circumstances, that you can achieve what you set out to do, that others do not control your life.

Thoughts of this type, repeated every day, will eventually become beliefs.

3) We eliminate erroneous beliefs.

Life is full of good things but there are people who only see the negative or who think that something bad will happen if they are well. They are people who have a long career of suffering behind them and do not give themselves a truce to start learning to enjoy life.

Your mind must believe that nothing bad will happen if you have a good time. This belief should be implanted with thoughts like: “It's okay to relax and enjoy life. The more the merrier! Nothing bad happens, or will happen, to enjoy life more.

5) We increase our self-esteem.

We must believe that we are equal before others, neither more nor less. If you think that you are inferior to someone you are causing that person to move away from you. You have to show that you are strong. You must believe, think, that no one is above you and that you have the ability to control what you want. This will undoubtedly increase your self-esteem.
