When your work is a heavy load

It's very unsatisfying to work on something you don't like or worse, something you hate. You may hate your tasks, your co-workers (if you hate them all, you have a serious problem) or your bosses.

If you are in this situation, what can we do? I can think of 2 options, one radical and one more conformist but intelligent at the same time:

1) Quit work.

It is the most radical solution but ... would you dare to do it? In Spain there are almost 5 million unemployed and many people would be willing to clean cow poop for 12 hours a day in order to have money with which to pay the bills.

However, history has been forged by the brave, those who are not afraid of the future and make decisions that contribute to encourage your happiness.

The choice is yours, is not easy. If you decide to quit work, draw up a plan of action, a new life path. Surely you will have to look for another job, think in detail where you are going to go and put your best attitude when looking for a new job more enjoyable or satisfying.

2) Find some incentive.

Even the toughest jobs you have to take it easy, the era of slavery was abolished many years ago.

If your work requires a lot of physical effort, you can take it as a kind of gym. By looking for a positive incentive, your perspective towards that job changes completely.

If your work is very monotonous, you can find someone to talk to, perhaps with your partner, it is an excellent opportunity to socialize and entertain yourself.

You can also try do your best or think of new, more skillful and effective ways of doing your work. This entails a greater implication towards your responsibilities and may be valued by your superiors.

All these options seek some kind of incentive to those tedious jobs.

I hope you find a way to do your work in a more positive way.

Sure there is.
