Are you someone who likes the personal growth? Would you like it become a better person, in your "ideal self"?
If so, stay tuned for this blog in August because I'm going to post some articles on how to be a better person, how to become "your best self." Think of it as a challenge, where we are all going to work together.
I would like you to participate in this commitment so that your life changes for the better, your mind opens, your potential is unleashed and your relationships improve.
We are going to work on ourselves, on our character, our personality, thus creating a better version of ourselves at the end of August.
What does it mean to be a better person?
1) Eliminate the traits we don't like.
Some of us often complain about traits that we are not proud of. For example, procrastination, laziness, pessimism, clumsiness, carelessness, forgetfulness, lateness, impatience, low self-confidence, obsession, etc. Does any of this sound familiar to you? For most of August, we are going to explore our negative traits and work to eliminate them.
2) Build the new desired traits.
What characteristics do you want to cultivate? The compassion? Assertiveness? The responsability? The resilience? The value? Confidence in yourself? The wisdom? The wit? Through this challenge we will cultivate our ideal traits.
3) Develop our character.
All of us develop a certain character based on our education and experiences. If we don't challenge ourselves, we don't explore new terrain, our character atrophies into nothingness. We become one more person in the crowd that goes with the flow, that sways with public opinion, that has no opinion of its own.
By committing to this challenge, you are creating the opportunity to develop "your best self" in just one month.
(Re) Discover who we are, on a whole new level. The connection with our inner being. Know why we behave the way we do. Understand the motivations behind our actions. This self-reflection is necessary for us to improve and be better. Many of the articles that will be part of this challenge will lead us to reflect on ourselves.
5) Cultivate universal values.
These values include compassion, gratitude, love, kindness, truth, authenticity, generosity, positivity, growth, and much more. Through the articles that make up this challenge, we are going to re-familiarize ourselves with these values and cultivate them in ourselves.
Stay tuned for the next few days.
