Day 7: Review and strengthen tasks

Hello girls! 🙂 Seven days have passed since we embarked on our 21-Day Challenge to live an increasingly healthy life, both physically and mentally. How have you been in the last 6 days?

1) Have you been drinking a lot of water?

2) Have you eaten a lot of fruit?

3) Have you developed a weekly meal planning?

4) Have you slept enough?

5) Have you refrained from criticizing and judging others so gleefully? And last but not least,

6)You got up early?

6 days have passed and it's been hard right? Surely you have felt more energetic. In my case, I have noticed what happens is that I have to channel that excess energy because if I don't get stressed: S In the next few days I will establish some tasks to channel or control that energy.

The task for this January 7 consists of review the tasks of the first 6 days (mentioned above) and strengthen them. Our Challenge is scheduled for 21 days but we have to sustain it over time, no matter what.

You may have followed this challenge for a day or two, then reverted to your old behavioral habits. We have to try to make the tasks mentioned above become habits In order to do them with less effort, in a more natural way.

It is normal to have interruptions in our diet, sleep habits, and ways of thinking or behaving. If you feel like you've "fallen" off the path outlined in this Challenge, I want you to know that it doesn't matter. What matters is that you have learned from your mistakes and that you have identified the key actions for your plan to be successful.

So today, we are going to review our last week of this 21 day challenge.

Think about your experiences of these 6 days regarding this Challenge, your intentions when you committed to it, and your current state:

1) On a scale of 1-10, how satisfied would you be with your health and fitness over the past week?

2) Was there a time when you didn't follow the guidelines?

3) If so, what happened in those moments that you changed course? What can you learn from these detours?

4) What can you do to resume your commitment to living a healthier life?

As you will see, today is a day of pause, of retake and strengthen our commitment with strength with the life we want. If you have fallen, get up and continue with your efforts.
